ފުޑް ބްލޮގެއް ހިންގާ އެމެރިކާގެ ދެމަފިރިއެއްގެ މޮބައިލްގެ އެޕްގެ ލޯގޯއަކަށް ޕެއާޒްއެއް ބޭނުންކުރަން ނިންމުމުން އެއީ އެޕަލްގެ ލޯގޯއާ ވައްތަރު އެއްޗެއް ކަމަށް ބުނެ ދައުވާކޮށްފައިވާތީ އެ މީހުން އެޕަލްއާ ދެކޮޅަށް ނުކުމެއްޖެ އެވެ.

އެޕަލްގެ ލޯގޯ އިންނަނީ އާފަލަކުން ތަންކޮޅެއް ކާލައިފައި އިންނަ ގޮތަށެވެ. "ސުޕަ ހެލްދީ ކިޑްސް" ގެ ނަމުގައި ހިންގާ ބްލޮގްގެ ލޯގޯއަކަށް ބޭނުންކުރަން ނިންމީ ގުރާފެހި ކުލައިގެ އައުޓްލައިނަކުން ސިފަވާ ޕެއާޒްއެކެވެ. އަރިއަކަށް އިންނަ އެ ޕެއާޒްގެ ތަނޑީގައި ފަތެއް ވެސް އިނދެ އެވެ.

ނަމަވެސް އެޕަލް އިން މި މައްސަލާގައި މިދިޔަ މާޗް މަހު ދައުވާކުރަން ހުށަހެޅީ އެ ކުންފުނީގެ ލޯގޯ އާއި ޕެއާޒްގެ ލޯގޯ ވައްތަރުކަމުން، ކަސްޓަމަރުންގެ މެދުގައި އޮޅުންތަކެއް އަރައިފާނެތީ މިއީ ވިޔަފާރީގެ ގޮތުން ވެސް ލިބިދާނެ ބޮޑު ގެއްލުމެއް ކަމަށް ބުނެ އެވެ.

މީގެ 11 އަހަރު ކުރިން ޕެއާޒްގެ ނަމުގައި ބްލޮގެއް ހިންގަމުން އަންނަ ނަޓަލީ މޮންސޫން އާއި ފިރިމީހާ ރަސް ބުނީ އެ މީހުންގެ ލޯގޯ އަށް އެޕަލް އިން ހުރަސް އެޅުމަކީ ބުލީގެ އަމަލެއް ކަމަށާއި އެކަމާ ދެކޮޅަށް ކުރެވެން ހުރި ހުރިހާ މަސައްކަތެއް ކުރާނެ ކަމަށެވެ. އެހެންވެ މިހާރު #ސޭވްދަޕެއާފްރޮމްއެޕަލްގެ ނަމުގައި އަންނަނީ އޮންލައިން ކެމްޕޭނެއް ހިންގައި، އެޕަލްއާ ދެކޮޅަށް ޕެޓިޝަނެއްގައި ސޮއި ވެސް ކުރަމުންނެވެ. އަދި އެމީހުންގެ މި މަސައްކަތަށް އެހީވުމަށް ވީހާ ގިނަ ބަޔަކު އެހިވާން އެދި އެކަން އިންސްޓަގްރާމްގައި ވެސް ހިއްސާކޮށްފައިވެ އެވެ.

I’m not trying to get anyone to stop using or buying Apple products. I feel a moral obligation to take a stand against Apple's aggressive legal action against small businesses and fight for the right to keep our logo. We are defending ourselves against Apple not only to keep our logo, but to send a message to big tech companies that bullying small businesses has consequences. އެޕަލްއާ ދެކޮޅަށް ޗޭންޖް.އޯގްގައި ކުރިއަށް ގެންދާ ޕެޓިޝަނުގައި މިހާތަނަށް 61،000 އަށް ވުރެ ގިނަ މީހުން ސޮއިކޮށްފައިވެ އެވެ. ޓާގެޓަކީ މަދުވެގެން 75،000 ސޮއި ހޯދުމެވެ.

ނަޓަލީގެ ދެމަފިރިން ބުނި ގޮތުގައި އެ މީހުންގެ ވިޔަފާރި އަކީ ފަސް މީހަކު ހިއްސާވެގެން ހިންގާ ކުޑަކުޑަ ވިޔަފާވެރިއެކެވެ. އެކަމަކު އެޕަލް ކަހަލަ ދުނިޔޭގެ ވަރުގަދަ ބޮޑު ކުންފުންޏަކު ކުޑަކުޑަ ވިޔަފާރިއަކަށް ހުރަސް އެޅުމަކީ ގަބޫލުކުރެވޭނެ ކަމެއް ނޫން ކަމަށް ބުންޏެވެ.

އެ މީހުން ބުނީ އެޕަލްއާ ދެކޮޅަށް ނުކުންނަން ޖެހުނީ ކުދި ވިޔަފާރިކުރާ މީހުންނަށް ވެސް ބިރަކާ ނުލައި އެ މީހުންގެ ވިޔަފާރިއާގެން ކުރިއަށް ދެވޭނެކަމާއި އެ ހައްގު އޮންނަން ޖެހޭ ކަށަވަރުކޮށް ދިނުމަށްޓަކަ އެވެ. އަދި އެ މީހުންނަށް ކުރިމަތިލާން ޖެހުނު މައްސަލަ ކާމިޔާބުވަންދެން އެކަން ހުއްޓާނުލާނެ ކަމަށް ބުންޏެވެ.

ރަސަލްމެންގެ ޕެޓިޝަނުގައި ބުނެފައި ވަނީ އާދައިގެ ކުޑަކުޑަ ވިޔަފާރިއަކަށް ހުރަސް އަޅަން ޓްރިލިއަން ޑޮލަރުގެ ކުންފުންޏަކުން ކޯޓަށް ދާއިރު ގާނޫނީ ގޮތުން އެ މީހުންނަށް ލިބިދޭ ހައްގަކަށް ހުރަސް އެޅުމުގެ ބިރު ވެސް އެބަ އޮތް ކަމަށެވެ.

ސަބަބަކީ މި މައްސަލާގައި އެތައް މިލިއަން ޑޮލަރެއް ހޭދަކުރުމުގެ ފުރުސަތު އެޕަލް އޮންނާނެތީ އެވެ. އެކަމަކު "ސުޕަ ހެލްދީ ކިޑްސް" އަކީ މާލީ ގޮތުން ބޮޑު ހޭދައެއް ކުރެވޭނެ ވިޔަފާރިއެއް ނޫން ކަމަށް ބުންޏެވެ.
